Randy Jolliff is a Licensed Landscape Contractor with 18+ years of landscape and hardscape experience. His passion for providing landscape solutions and creating beautiful outdoor living spaces is why Alliance Landscapes, LLC was established in 2012. Randy loves expanding upon his education and has also been a licensed Realtor for 10+ years as well as being a licensed Septic System Installer. He is constantly trying to improve and expand his knowledge to offer the best services.

Joanna offers 17 years of working with the public in the hair industry as well as being a licensed Realtor for the past several years. She has experience in running her own business for many years and tries to bring a positive attitude to the workplace. Joanna is married to Randy and helps run the office at Alliance. She loves all things artistic, interior design and working with people. She is happy to offer assistance throughout the duration of your project.

Andy offers years of working with the public in the restaurant industry as well as being a newly licensed Realtor. He has experience in starting and running his own business for years and has recently joined Alliance Landscapes. He meets with clients to discuss and plan projects and is thoughtful and professional in his approach. He shows great attention to detail and is a valuable part to our company.

Teodoro brings 18+ years of landscape and hardscape experience to our team. He specializes in building walls that are not only attractive but most importantly are sturdy and will stand for decades. He is especially skilled in the use of the Bobcat as well and is an invaluable asset to the team in coming up with creative drainage solutions, materials staging, preparing for Sod and various other tasks.

Jose brings 18+ years of landscape and hardscape experience to our team. He specializes in the installation of paver patios, driveways, walkways, pool patios, outdoor kitchens, stone veneer, outdoor fireplaces, etc. His skillful use of the Mini Excavator is unsurpassed when there are obnoxious stumps underground that impede the proper installation of drainage solutions or patios.

Hector is our newest crew member and is a wonderful addition to our team. He is hardworking and brings a great attitude. He has quickly become efficient in the areas and landscape and hardscape install as well as drainage work. Hector has a great sense of humor and balances out the rest if the crew well. He cares about a job well done and has quickly become an indespensable part of the Alliance family.

Gerardo joined our company 4 years ago, he is brother-in-law of Teodoro and has quickly become skilled in all areas of hardscape installation as well as landscape installs. He is meticulous in making sure the job is done correctly. His humorous attitude and diligent effort makes him a great addition the Alliance team.
